SWTOR Imperial Agent PVP Builds

Are you playing as an Imperial Agent in Star Wars : The Old Republic and want to learn how to properly create viable builds for healing? Well, if you are looking for a solid guide to help you create a stronger character, you have definitely come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I am a fanatic SWTOR player ever since beta. I consider myself to be a pretty solid SWTOR player and even helped other people create viable builds for different situations. So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Imperial Agent builds for healing.

Knowing how to properly create a viable and solid PVP build for your Imperial Agent is absolutely crucial if you want to be effective and even secure the #1 place in the scoreboard in warzones.

The ability to play as either a supporting role or pure DPS makes the Imperial Agent a very versatile and effective class for PVP.

Bear in mind though that having a solid build for PVP will not guarantee you victory 100% of the time. Factors such as your equipment, ability rotations, strategies and communications all come into play if you want to consistently win warzones.

Although having a viable PVP isn't everything in PVP, it is still one of the more important factors to do well in warzones. Below, I have outlined viable PVP builds for both the Imperial Agent Operative and Imperial Agent Sniper.

SWTOR Imperial Agent Operative PVP Build

The Imperial Agent Operative has roles to choose from when it comes to PVP. Your Operative can either focus on healing, DPS or both. The PVP build that I chose that suited my play style the best was a hybrid of both healing and DPS.

For this reason, I spec'd a little more than half my points into the Lethality talent tree and put the rest into the Medicine talent tree. My completed PVP build for my Operative is 18/0/23.

This hybrid PVP build with both the Lethality talent tree and the Medicine talent tree has a lot of synergy together. This build is able to deal heavy damage from being able to generate endless Tactical Advantage from the Medical Engineering ability.

This will allow you to Cull your enemies into death as you have stacked your DoTs on them. Not only does this hybrid PVP build have lots of damage, you also get a lot of utility and the ability to be an effective off-healer, which can prove to be very useful in dangerous team fights.

Below is a screenshot of my PVP build for my operative at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#401rff0zhZZhrbkrbhd.1

SWTOR Imperial Agent Sniper PVP Build

When playing as the Imperial Agent Sniper, you can either choose the Marksmanship, Engineering or Lethality talent trees for PVP because they are all damage oriented.

It really comes down to your play style when you want to choose which talent tree to spec into.

For myself, I chose to a little more than half my points into the Lethality talent tree and put the remaining balance in Engineering to create a hybrid PVP build that was suitable for me.

My completed PVP build for my Sniper at level 50 is 0/18/23.

I chose to spec into Lethality rather than Marksmanship (like everyone else) because I feel that this tree allows me to hit faster and harder than the latter. Also, I didn't need to consistently use the cover system, which I found to be a pain in the butt.

However, when using this build, you will need to consistently monitor and manage your energy. This reason for this is because this hybrid PVP build consumes energy rather quickly as you burst targets down.

So, if you are able to keep your energy levels up, you will definitely do well with this PVP build in warzones. Below is a screenshot of my PVP build for my Operative at level 50.

SWTOR Imperial Agent Healing Builds

Are you playing as an Imperial Agent in Star Wars : The Old Republic and want to learn how to properly create viable builds for healing? Well, if you are looking for a solid guide to help you create a stronger character, you have definitely come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I am a fanatic SWTOR player ever since beta. I consider myself to be a pretty solid SWTOR player and even helped other people create viable builds for different situations. So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Imperial Agent builds for healing.

The Imperial Agent Operative advanced class is a very versatile class in that they can play as a healer/support role or a DPS character. I have already outlined the DPS and solo roles in the builds above, so I will be showing you how to build your Operative as an effective healer in this section.

The healer spec talent tree of the Operative is Medicine. For this reason, I spec'd the majority of my points into the Medicine talent tree and put the remainder of my points in Concealment and Lethality talent trees to create a pure healer build.

My completed healing build at level 50 for my Operative is 33/3/5.

This build is a very solid healing build for the Operative that has all the necessary talents to to be effective for healing in parties, instances and raids. In my opinion, this build allows you to have the fastest heals enabling you to keep your teammates alive during dangerous situations.

Keep in mind that when you are playing as a healer/support role, ability rotations are not as important. To be effective, you will need to constantly be aware of everything that is going on and will need to act accordingly to who is taking the most damage and so on.

Below is a screenshot of my healer build for my Operative at level 50.

SWTOR Imperial Agent DPS Builds

Are you playing as an Imperial Agent in Star Wars : The Old Republic and want to learn how to properly create viable builds for DPS? Well, if you are looking for a solid guide to help you create a stronger character, you have definitely come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I am a fanatic SWTOR player ever since beta. I consider myself to be a pretty solid SWTOR player and even helped other people create viable builds for different situations. So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Imperial Agent builds for DPS.

Having heavy damage output is a very important in almost every situation you can face. High DPS allows your to quickly dispose of your enemies and keep pressure on them.

With a proper and viable DPS build for your Imperial Agent, you can actually be a huge threat towards your enemies as you have many abilities to burst them down quickly.

However, you must remember that with a pure DPS build, you will have limited defenses. When this is the case, you must learn to be very mobile and plan escape routes on the battlefield or else you can wipe very easily.

Below, I have outlined nice DPS builds that I have used for my Operative and Sniper in the past that have been rather effective. Be sure to check them out and try it for yourself.

SWTOR Imperial Agent Operative DPS Build

The Imperial Agent Operative has two DPS talent trees that when spec'd into properly can deal heavy damage to enemies. However, from my experience, I feel that the Lethality talent tree is better at DPS than the Concealment tree.

For this reason, I opted to spec the majority of my points into Lethality and put the remainder of my points in Concealment and Medicine. My completed DPS build for my Operative at level 50 is 3/7/31.

This build focuses around abilities that uses a large amount of DoTs and high damaging skills to quickly burst down your enemies. However, you must bear in mind that you must be careful of your resource and energy management if you want to ensure that you deal maximum damage every time.

Without proper management, this build could be considered as useless for DPS. Below is a screenshot of my DPS build for my Operative at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#4010cZG0MZGMbkrrhdhR.1

SWTOR Imperial Agent Sniper DPS Build

The Imperial Agent Sniper is able to deal significant damage to targets from an awesome range with the proper DPS build. To create a viable DPS build for the Sniper that I liked, I opted to spec into the Marksmanship talent tree and put my remaining points in Engineering and Lethality talent trees. My completed DPS build for my Sniper at level 50 is 31/7/3.

This DPS build into the Marksmanship talent tree is actually a pretty straightforward build. This build consists of straight up single target DPS combined with cover-oriented long range combat. With this build, you will be able to target a single enemy from a long range behind cover to burst them down slowly. Below is a screenshot of my DPS build for the Sniper at level 50.

SWTOR Imperial Agent Leveling and PVE Builds

Are you playing as an Imperial Agent in Star Wars : The Old Republic and want to learn how to properly create viable builds for leveling and PVE? Well, if you are looking for a solid guide to help you create a stronger character, you have definitely come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I am a fanatic SWTOR player ever since beta. I consider myself to be a pretty solid SWTOR player and even helped other people create viable builds for different situations. So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Imperial Agent builds for leveling and PVE.

With the proper leveling/PVE build, you will be able to take on large mobs without wiping and finish quests and missions fast, which will allow you to reach the leveling cap ASAP. Below I have outlined leveling/PVE builds for both the Imperial Operative and the Imperial Sniper.

Keep in mind that these builds are created around my play style for leveling and might not necessarily be your ideal build. You may wish to tweak or respec these leveling/PVE builds as you like.

SWTOR Imperial Agent Operative Leveling and PVE Build

Depending on your play style, you can either level your Imperial Agent Operative as a support character in parties or as a solo. As for my play style, I rather enjoying soloing with an AI companion instead of hitting up parties because I find that there are a lot of noobs in SWTOR.

With that said, I opted to spec into the Concealment talent tree and had the remainder of my points in the Medic talent tree and Lethality talent tree. My completed leveling/PVE build for my Operative at level 50 is 5/31/5.

I had experimented with quite a few leveling/PVE builds for my Operative and found that this build was is the best damage focused build for this advanced class.

This build allowed me to solo small-medium mobs with the right companion and even enabled me to be effective at healing in groups and Flashpoints without having to invest too heavily in the Medic tree.
Below is a screenshot of my completed leveling/PVE build at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#401dMZGhModkrffzZRM.1

SWTOR Imperial Agent Sniper Leveling and PVE Build

The leveling and PVE build that I went with for my Imperial Agent was a rather aggressive build that was very effective for raiding. To create this build, I had to spec into the Engineering talent tree and had my remaining points in the Marksmanship and Lethality talent trees.

My completed leveling/PVE build for my Imperial Sniper is 7/31/3. This build mainly focuses on a lot of PVE raid damage without having to sacrifice too much of the Engineering talent tree's utility abilities.

What is also really good about this build is that you will get really good passive heals and armor penetrations from the talents that have been selected, which is vital for being effective in raids.

SWTOR Jedi Consular PVP Builds

Are you playing as the Jedi Consular in Star Wars : The Old Republic and want to learn how to properly build your advanced classes for PVP?

Well if you are looking for a viable build guide, you have definitely come to the right place! I have been playing SWTOR since beta and have been addicted to this MMORPG ever since!I consider myself to be very involved in the SWTOR community and have been helping people create viable and solid builds on different forums and websites.

Below, I have outlined solid builds that I and other people have used to successfully used for PVP.

Having a proper PVP build is crucial if you want to survive warzones and get as many kills as you can to reach the #1 spot of the scoreboard.

Although having a viable PVP build is important, other factors such as your teammates, strategies, gear and ability rotations are also very important to consistently and effectively win every warzone that you may encounter.

For the sake of this guide, I will only show you viable PVP builds, however they will definitely help you out a lot as well! Below are solid Jedi Consular Sage and Jedi Consular Shadow PVP builds that I have used for myself to win warzones.

SWTOR Jedi Consular Sage PVP Build

I found that playing warzones with a Jedi Consular Sage was rather difficult because I was constantly focused down by high DPS classes. For this reason, I built a balanced PVP spec for my Jedi Sage. My completed PVP build for my Jedi Sage at level 50 is 20/14/7.

This build allowed me to get some considerable damage, while giving me enough healing and survivability to hold my own within warzones. Bear in mind that I did not go full Telekinetics spec because I did not like how squishy I was.

If you are an individual that likes to deal lots of force damage, while sacrificing survivability in warzones (or maybe you have enough healers on your team), I suggest that you build into the Telekinetics talent tree for max DPS. Below is a screenshot of my completed PVP build for my Jedi Sage at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600hGrRMbzZfsMbzZfM.1

SWTOR Jedi Consular Shadow PVP Build

As a Jedi Consular Shadow, you can either choose to build as a pure tank to play as a supporting role only in warzones or build as a hybrid to get some kills for the scoreboard. The PVP build that I chose for my Jedi Shadow consisted of a hybrid build because I would like to tank heavy damage and deal moderate damage instead of just standing there only taking damage from others.

My completed hybrid PVP build for my Jedi Shadow 22/19/0.

It is because the Kinetic Shadow is the most offensive-oriented tree in SWTOR, I was able to still deal a lot of damage to my enemies while still being able to tank lots of damage when spec'ing half my points into the Kinetic Shadow talent tree.

From my experience, this exact build allowed me to control the battlefield quite well. What I mean by this is that I have a lot of range damage to do significant damage before the enemy comes and have enough mobility to escape being focused down.

SWTOR Jedi Consular Tank Builds

Are you playing as the Jedi Consular in Star Wars : The Old Republic and want to learn how to properly build your advanced classes for tank?

Well if you are looking for a viable build guide, you have definitely come to the right place! I have been playing SWTOR since beta and have been addicted to this MMORPG ever since!I consider myself to be very involved in the SWTOR community and have been helping people create viable and solid builds on different forums and websites.

Below, I have outlined solid builds that I and other people have used to successfully used for tank.

The Jedi Consular Shadow is an extremely fun advanced class to play that specializes in dealing damage in melee range and tanking heavy damage. In my opinion, I believe that the Jedi Shadow and the Jedi Guardian are similar, however the Shadow is more versatile.

To create a tank build for my Jedi Shadow, I spec'd into the Kinetic Combat talent tree and put the remainder of my points in Balance. The reason for this is because the Kinetic Combat talent tree is the most durable and offers the tank of abilities. The completed tank build for my Jedi Consular Shadow is 31/0/10.

This build is a pure tank build and offers a lot of survivability on the battlefield. Although this build has a lot of survivability, it has sacrificed its damage to achieve its tank status. So it is important to recruit a DPS champion to help you melt mobs quickly. Below is a screenshot of my pure Jedi Shadow tank build at level 50.

SWTOR Jedi Consular Healing Builds

Are you playing as the Jedi Consular in Star Wars : The Old Republic and want to learn how to properly build your advanced classes for healing?

Well if you are looking for a viable build guide, you have definitely come to the right place! I have been playing SWTOR since beta and have been addicted to this MMORPG ever since!I consider myself to be very involved in the SWTOR community and have been helping people create viable and solid builds on different forums and websites.

Below, I have outlined solid builds that I and other people have used to successfully used for Healing.

The Jedi Consular Sage has been mentioned as one of the most versatile classes in all of SWTOR. Although this advanced class mainly excels in healing, you will be able to contribute to team fights in every situation you may encounter.

To create a viable healing build for my Jedi Sage, I opted to spec into the main healing talent tree, Seer (for obvious reasons) and put the remainder of my points into both the Telekinetics and Balance tree.

My completed healer spec for my Jedi Sage is 31/7/3.

This build is the cookie cutter healing spec for Jedi Sages in all of SWTOR. What I mean by this is that this healer build will allow you spam heals on your companions or teammates, while you are still able to deal damage and escape dangerous situations with CC if needed.

Below is a screenshot of my healer build for my Jedi Sage at level 50.

SWTOR Jedi Consular DPS Builds

Are you playing as the Jedi Consular in Star Wars : The Old Republic and want to learn how to properly build your advanced classes for DPS?

Well if you are looking for a viable build guide, you have definitely come to the right place! I have been playing SWTOR since beta and have been addicted to this MMORPG ever since!I consider myself to be very involved in the SWTOR community and have been helping people create viable and solid builds on different forums and websites.

Below, I have outlined solid builds that I and other people have used to successfully used for DPS.

Having the proper build for DPS when playing as a Jedi Consular can be a very detrimental force in any situation. A solid and viable build will allow you to melt enemies before they even reach you with your high powered ranged attacked combined with CC's.

However, you must keep in mind to constantly be mobile when going for a DPS build, so that enemies will not focus you down quickly since you do not have as much defense. Below, I have outlined viable DPS builds for both the Jedi Consular Sage and Jedi Consular Shadow.

SWTOR Jedi Consular Sage DPS Build

I did a lot of experimenting with the Jedi Consular Sage DPS build before finally settling on a viable build that suited my play style well. The DPS build that I settled on with my Jedi Sage was a split between the Telekinetic and Balance talent tree. This is more of an AOE focused build rather than a pure one vs one DPS build.

This allowed me to target multiple targets and keep constant pressure on all of my opponents at once. My completed DPS build for my Jedi Sage is 7/15/19. Keep in mind that this DPS build for my Jedi Sage is built around my own play style and might not necessarily be well suited for you.

It makes me happy to know that I am able to hit 350k-400k DPS on average and even a couple of 500k with this DPS Jedi Consular Sage build. Below is a screenshot of my DPS build at level 50 for my Sage.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600hMbZfc0rzMZcrbRsMz.1

SWTOR Jedi Consular Shadow DPS Build

I have seen many different types of DPS builds for the Jedi Consular Shadow. However, the two most common builds that I have seen to do high damage is the pure DPS build and the hybrid DPS/Tank build.

I have tested both of these builds out for myself and enjoy playing as a pure Jedi Shadow DPS instead of the hybrid. The pure DPS build that I settled on for my Jedi Shadow is 5/33/3.

By spec'ing into the Infiltration talent tree, you will be doing the most damage than any other talent trees. I played around with the Infiltration talent tree a bit before finding out that the build of 5/33/3 does the most damage of any of the Shadow specs that I have used.

There is another DPS build that I found that works best if you want to target opponents with low armor and low health. The DPS build for squishy targets is 2/31/8. Below is a screenshot of a pure DPS build for my Jedi Shadow at level 50.

SWTOR Jedi Consular Leveling and PVE Builds

Are you playing as the Jedi Consular in Star Wars : The Old Republic and want to learn how to properly build your advanced classes for leveling and PVE?

Well if you are looking for a viable build guide, you have definitely come to the right place! I have been playing SWTOR since beta and have been addicted to this MMORPG ever since!I consider myself to be very involved in the SWTOR community and have been helping people create viable and solid builds on different forums and websites.

Below, I have outlined solid builds that I and other people have used to successfully used for leveling and PVE.

So, if you are looking for a Jedi Consular guide to help you create a stronger character, I will show you how to properly build your skills and talent tree for general situations that you may encounter.

The first build that I will be covering for the Jedi Consular is leveling and PVE builds. The reason for this is because leveling is one of the most crucial aspects of Stars Wars : The Old Republic. Knowing how to properly build your Jedi Consular will mean that you will be able to easily dispose of large mobs, gain lots of credits and reach level 50 the fastest way possible.

Below, I have outlined leveling/pve builds for both the Jedi Consular Sage and the Jedi Consular Shadown. Bear in mind that the builds I have listed below for leveling is suited for my play style and might not necessarily work the best for you.

SWTOR Jedi Consular Sage Leveling and PVE Build

As a Jedi Consular Sage, you can either level as a healer or DPS. Depending on your play style, you can choose either for leveling and PVE. I chose to level my Jedi Sage as a DPS because I wanted to quickly melt down large mobs of enemies in order to gain lots of EXP fast. For this reason, I spec'd my Jedi Sage into the Telekinetics talent tree.

My completed build for my Jedi Sage at level 50 is 3/31/7.

This build gave me range attacks that dealt significant damage from enemies as well as solid Crowd Control abilities to increase my survivability on the battlefield. Keep in mind that using a Jedi Sage requires a lot of skill. It is simply more than just auto attacking. To successfully level and PVE well, you will need to manage your DoTs, Procs, Buffs, and Resources. Below is a screenshot of my completed leveling/PVE build at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#600hZccrMdRMutzZcM0M.1

SWTOR Jedi Consular Shadow Leveling and PVE Build

The leveling and PVE build I decided to use with my Jedi Consular Shadow was the Infiltration spec. The reason for this (like my Jedi Sage leveling/PVE build) is because I love to have huge DPS, which is my play style.

I found that going into the Kinetic talent tree gave a lot more sustainability on the battlefield, however you will be trading off a lot of your DPS as well. The leveling/PVE spec that I went with for my Jedi Shadow at level 50 is 2/31/8.

I found that this build gave me enough damage and DPS to wipe out large packs of strong enemies as well as kill bosses and elites enemies within SWTOR. I was able to solo Heroics +2 missions with this leveling/PVE build as well without much trouble!

Below is a screenshot of my completed leveling/PVE build at level 50.

SWTOR Republic Trooper PVP Builds

Are you playing as a Republic Trooper in SWTOR and want to learn how to properly build for advanced class for PVP? If you are looking to build a strong character, you have come to the right place!

Hello there, my name is Connie Heo and I have been an avid Star Wars : The Old Republic player ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped many people create stronger builds to tackle certain situations.

Below, I have outlined viable builds for the Republic Trooper that I have used in the past to be effective in PVP.

Having the proper PVP build for your Trooper in SWTOR can make you a huge threat in the warzones. The ability to tank heavy damage and the ability to melt enemies down quickly with high powered range attacks makes the Republic Trooper a very strong class for PVP.

However, you need to bear in mind that PVP is not 100% about your build. Factors such as communications, team strategies, ability rotations and gear all come into play if you want to consistently be #1 on the scoreboard.

Although having a viable build isn't everything in PVP, it is a large part of the game and it is necessary for you to have a viable build to win warzones. Below, I have outlined viable PVP builds for Trooper Vanguard and Trooper Commando.

SWTOR Trooper Vanguard PVP Build

Majority of the Trooper Vanguards PVP builds are narrowed down to either DPS ( Tactics or Assault Specialist talent tree) or tank (Shield Specialist). After much experimentation with both types of PVP builds within the warzone, I have found that spec'ing into the Shield Specialist talent tree proved to be the most effective.

My completed PVP build for my Vanguard at level 50 is 27/11/3.

Trooper Vanguards spec'd into the Shield Specialist talent tree are incredibly hard to kill one on one. Usually, a couple of people will be required to quickly take you down, however is the DPS with this PVP build any good?

Actually, this build allowed me to have a huge amount of survivability within warzones while still able to deal enough damage to keep pressure on your enemies.

I was able to Stockstrike criticals often for 1.7k-2.2k and HIB hits for 1k-1.3k. This is surprisingly good for a PVP build focused on survivability and tanking. Below is a screenshot of my PVP build for my Vanguard at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#801GMGrdoroMZbsr0oZ0c.1

SWTOR Trooper Commando PVP Build

Just like the Trooper Vanguard, the Trooper Commando has two play styles available for PVP. You can either choose to play as a healer role or a DPS character.

The PVP build that best suited my play style was the DPS route as I liked to put a dent in my opponents defenses. For this reason, I spec'd into the Gunnery talent tree and put my remaining points in the Combat Medic tree.

My completed PVP build for my Trooper Commando is 13/28/0.

This PVP allowed me to have enough DPS to burst down enemies and have good survivability on the warzone for healing myself with my Combat Medic talents. CC abilities are also available with this build so that when you become a threat to your enemies and they start focusing on you, you will be able to CC them to get out of dangerous situations easily.

SWTOR Republic Trooper Healer Builds

Are you playing as a Republic Trooper in SWTOR and want to learn how to properly build for advanced class for healing? If you are looking to build a strong character, you have come to the right place!

Hello there, my name is Connie Heo and I have been an avid Star Wars : The Old Republic player ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped many people create stronger builds to tackle certain situations.

Below, I have outlined viable builds for the Republic Trooper that I have used in the past to be effective in healing.

The Trooper Commando is an excellent support for raids if you know how to properly build your class for the healing role. To create this build to become a pure support character, I opted into the Combat Medic tree for obvious reasons and put my remaining points in both the Gunnery talent tree and the Assault Specialist talent tree.

My completed healer build for my Commando is 31/8/2.

This healing build for the Commando is extremely effective at healing and keeping your teammates alive during raids or boss fights. In my opinion, I believe this to be the cookie-cutter build for Commando raid healing spec.

However, keep in mind that you will have to manage your resources, cooldowns and ability rotations effectively to have the max healing to support your teammates.

It simply isn't just a couple of buttons, but more of a strategic management of your skills and cool downs to be an effective healer for your team. Below is a screenshot of my healing build for my Commando at level 50.

SWTOR Republic Trooper Tank Builds

Are you playing as a Republic Trooper in SWTOR and want to learn how to properly build for advanced class for tank? If you are looking to build a strong character, you have come to the right place!

Hello there, my name is Connie Heo and I have been an avid Star Wars : The Old Republic player ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped many people create stronger builds to tackle certain situations.

Below, I have outlined viable builds for the Republic Trooper that I have used in the past to be effective in tank.

Every class in SWTOR has a tanking class. For the Republic Trooper, the advanced class that excels in tanking is the Vanguard.

By properly creating a viable tanking build for the Trooper Vanguard, you will be an undefeatable force that will require a dozen or more enemies to take you down.

To create this pure tank build for my Vanguard, I spec'd into the tanking tree, Shield Specialist and put the remainder of my points into the Tactics talent tree.

My completed tank build for my Vanguard at level 50 is 30/11/0.

This build gives a lot of survivability to your Trooper Vanguard for pretty much any situation that you are in. Abilities such as Brutal Impact gives you nice DPS and threat to get you and your team out of sticky situations.

Some of you might notice that I did not put points in Ion Shield. I put my points into Power Armor instead, which is essentially the same thing. By doing so, I will have access to Gut to gain extra DPS to put pressure on my opponents.

SWTOR Republic Trooper DPS Builds

Are you playing as a Republic Trooper in SWTOR and want to learn how to properly build for advanced class for DPS? If you are looking to build a strong character, you have come to the right place!

Hello there, my name is Connie Heo and I have been an avid Star Wars : The Old Republic player ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped many people create stronger builds to tackle certain situations.

Below, I have outlined viable builds for the Republic Trooper that I have used in the past to be effective in DPS.

So, if you are looking for a straight forward guide to help you create a stronger Trooper Vanguard or Trooper Commando in SWTOR, I will show you how to properly build your talents, skills and stats.

Knowing how to have a solid and viable DPS build is important for both solo and team fights. By having the proper DPS build for either Trooper advanced classes, you will be able to quickly dispose of your enemies and keep constant pressure on them at all times.

However, keep in mind that if you go for a pure DPS build, you must be aware of your surroundings. The reason for this is because if you go for a pure DPS build, you probably do not have much talents in defense.

This will enable enemies to focus you down just as quickly as you focus your enemies down. So, make sure that you have a lot of mobility and plan escape routes to ensure maximum survivability on the battlefield.

Below are solid DPS builds for the Vanguard and Commando that I have successfully used in the past to deal heavy damage to my enemies.

SWTOR Trooper Vanguard DPS Build

To create a pure DPS build for my Trooper Vanguard, I opted to spec into the Assault Specialist talent tree (because it is the main Damage tree) and put the remainder of my points in the Tactics and Shield Specialist talent tree. My completed build for my Vanguard at level 50 is 5/5/31.

After much experimentation and credits spent on respec'ing, I found that this build offered the most damage output per second while still somewhat being able to tank damage from incoming enemies.

This build allowed me to have high sustained damage on my enemies due to the strong DoTs and damage related buff given from the Assault Specialist talent tree. However, this build limits your mobility and CC'ing opponents.

So be aware of your surroundings so that you won't over stay your welcome in enemy territory and plan an escape route when multiple enemies start to focus you. Below is a screenshot of my DPS build for my Vanguard at level 50.

SWTOR Trooper Commando DPS Build

The Trooper Commando has two talent trees that you can spec into for DPS, the Gunnery tree and the Assault Specialist tree. To create a pure DPS build that I enjoyed using, I opted to spec the majority of my points into the Assault talent tree and had the remainder of my points Gunnery and Combat Medic.

My completed DPS build for my Trooper Commando is 3/7/31.

I chose to spec into the Assault Specialist talent tree instead of the Gunnery Talent tree because I wanted to do massive damage to my enemies at a range instead of melee. This build would allow me to kite enemies and focus on multiple targets dealing heavy damage from a safe distance in order to put constant pressure on my opponents.

Below is a screenshot of my DPS build for my Commando at level 50.

SWTOR Republic Trooper Leveling and PVE Builds

Are you playing as a Republic Trooper in SWTOR and want to learn how to properly build for advanced class for leveling and PVE? If you are looking to build a strong character, you have come to the right place!

Hello there, my name is Connie Heo and I have been an avid Star Wars : The Old Republic player ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped many people create stronger builds to tackle certain situations.

Below, I have outlined viable builds for the Republic Trooper that I have used in the past to be effective in leveling and PVE.

So, if you are looking for a straight forward guide to help you create a stronger Trooper Vanguard or Trooper Commando in SWTOR, I will show you how to properly build your talents, skills and stats.

The first build that I will be covering in this Republic Trooper build guide is leveling and PVE. The reason why I will cover these builds first is because I feel that knowing how to level and PVE properly is one of the top priorities of SWTOR.

By learning how to properly build your Republic Trooper for leveling and PVE, you will be able to defeat large mobs, quests and elites effectively without having to wipe a hundred times.

Below, I have outlined leveling/PVE builds for both the Republic Vanguard and Republic Commando. Bear in mind that these builds below are suited towards my play style and might not necessarily reflect your best interest. If you do not like any of these builds, you may tweak or respec all together.

SWTOR Trooper Vanguard Leveling and PVE Build

When you have the proper leveling build for your Trooper Vanguard, you will be able to tank medium to large mobs well and destroy them quickly with your AOE abilities. The completed leveling/PVE build that I went with for my Vanguard is 4/6/31.

This build is more focused towards damage than survivability on the battlefield. The reason why I created this build was because I wanted a solo PVE only build.

I experimented with the Shield Specialist, Tactics and Assault Specialist talent trees and found that 4/6/31 was the better spec for solo PVE. Keep in mind that this suits my play style the best because I wanted to get up and close to my opponents to melt them away instead of resorting to my giant glowstick.

Also, remember to pick a companion that compliments your spec before you go and start leveling. Having a companion that is a good fit for your leveling/PVE build dramatically helps you when you are leveling.

Below is a screenshot of my leveling/PVE build for my Vanguard at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#801bMZMsZfIbbzuhrs.1

SWTOR Trooper Commando Leveling and PVE Build

The Trooper Commando can either be built as a healer and support role or as a DPS and solo role when leveling.

The build that I settled on for my Commando was the DPS leveling/PVE build. The reason for this is because I do not really like to party with other people much since there are noobs everywhere, plus I love to deal heavy damage and quickly destroy large mobs.

For this reason, I spec'd into the Gunnery talent tree and put the remainder of my points in both the Combat Medic and Assault Specialist talent trees.

My completed leveling/PVE build for my Trooper Commando at level 50 is 5/31/5.

This build allowed me to take on multiple targets at once with my AOE abilities such as Hail Of Bullets, Sticky Grenades and Mortar Volley. However, you must learn to effectively rotate your abilities to ensure that you get the maximum damage when PVE'ing.

I typically tend to use my Hail Of Bullets and Sticky Grenades when my Mortar Volley is on cooldown. I find that these AOE abilities are excellent for keeping the pressure on while my high damaging skills are on cooldown.

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor PVP Builds

Are you playing as a Sith Inquisitor in Star Wars: The Old Republic and would like to learn how to properly build your advanced classes for PVP? Well, if you are looking for a straight forward guide to help you do exactly that, you have come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I have been playing SWTOR ever since beta and have been hooked on this game! I am not a professional player, however I do consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped other people create viable builds for different situations.

So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Sith Inquisitor builds for PVP.

In my opinion, PVP and warzones are one of the most fun aspects in Star Wars: The Old Republic.

This is why it is crucial for you to learn how to properly build your Sith Inquisitor properly to avoid dying 100 times and being called a noob by your team! Bear in mind though that PVP is not all about the build. Factors such as your teammates, equipment, strategies and even hot keys have an influence on how well you will do on the scoreboard.

But even though PVP builds aren't 100% of winning warzones, it is still important to learn how to have a viable build to increase your chances of winning. Below, I have outlined PVP builds for the Sith Sorcerer and Sith Assassin that has helped me obtain the #1 spot on the scoreboard many times. Remember that these builds are suited for my play style and might not necessarily work for you perfectly.

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor Sorcerer PVP Build

Although the Sith Inquisitor Sorcerer has a healing spec talent tree, do not mistaken them for a class with low damage. In fact, the Sith Sorcerer is able to deal heavy damage from a long range, melting enemies before they even get close.

The PVP build that I found to be effective and fun for my Sith Sorcerer is 0/22/19. This build requires some patience and opportunity as it focuses on sniping enemies from a far. However, if you implement this PVP build and get in range for some sniping on unsuspecting enemies, you will be astonished at how quickly you can burst them down with your heavy damage.

You will also be able to take on multiple enemies with your CC abilities from this build, however this requires some skill and experience.

What you will need to do is CC multiple enemies and kite them around until they have enough pressure from you to start retreating. Once that happens, make use of your heavy damage from sniping and take them out one by one.

Below is a screenshot of my PVP build for my Sorcerer at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201ZbsMrdRrZcrMRsMz.1

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor Assassin PVP Build

To create a viable and solid PVP build for the Sith Inquisitor Assassin, I found that a hybrid build of all the talent trees (Darkenss, Deception and Madness) was in order to be effective in warzones. The PVP build that I settled upon after much experimentation is 22/12/7.

This PVP build allowed my Sith Assassin to be able to take significant incoming damage from enemies, while I still had enough damage from my spec to give my opponents pressure. From my experience, this build is a little difficult at lower levels, however once you begin to reach the leveling cap, all the abilities and talents from this build are sufficient to help you dominate warzones.

A good tip for you is to make good use of your taunt abilities. Mind Control and Mass Mind Control are very effective taunts that allow your Assassin to reduce your enemies damage by a nice 30% for 6 seconds. Remember, once the taunted enemies attack you, the reduced effects wear off.

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor Tank Builds

Are you playing as a Sith Inquisitor in Star Wars: The Old Republic and would like to learn how to properly build your advanced classes for tank? Well, if you are looking for a straight forward guide to help you do exactly that, you have come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I have been playing SWTOR ever since beta and have been hooked on this game! I am not a professional player, however I do consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped other people create viable builds for different situations.

So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Sith Inquisitor builds for tank.

To create a solid and viable tanking build for my Sith Inquisitor Assassin, I went with the standard spec of opting into important tanking abilities in the Darkness talent tree and put the rest of my points in the Madness tree.

My completed tank build for my Sith Assassin that I settled on is 31/0/10.

I found that the standard tank build for the Assassin is very effective compared to the other hybrid builds out there that people have been talking about.

This build allows me to have high survivability with its high chance block rate, moderate avoidance, stable damage mitigation and the ability to self-heal in the battlefield.

Although you may think that this build will yield low armor, abilities like Dark Charge and several others when activated will bring up the armor to a level similar to the Sith Juggernaut. Also, you get superior damage reduction for Elemental and Internal damage, which makes this build amazing for tanking.

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor Healer Builds

Are you playing as a Sith Inquisitor in Star Wars: The Old Republic and would like to learn how to properly build your advanced classes for healer? Well, if you are looking for a straight forward guide to help you do exactly that, you have come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I have been playing SWTOR ever since beta and have been hooked on this game! I am not a professional player, however I do consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped other people create viable builds for different situations.

So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Sith Inquisitor builds for healer.

Unlike its sister class of the Sith Warrior, one of the Sith Inquisitor's advanced class specializes in healing and the other specializes in tanking/DPS.

I usually prefer to play the Sith Sorcerer as a DPS class because of there awesome damage from range. However I have respec'd my Sorcerer a couple of times to play a supporting role and have used a viable healing build has been proven to be effective in team fights or raids.

For the healer spec, I chose to put the majority of my points into the Corruption talent tree and put the remainder of the points in both the Lightning and Madness talent trees. My completed healer build for my Sorcerer at level 50 is 32/7/2.

This healer build allowed me to easily and effectively keep my teammates alive in warzones or raids while maintaining and preserving my force/resources very efficiently. The lowered cool downs due to this spec also proved to be very effective for extra survivability on the battlefield.

Below is a screenshot of the healer build for my Sith Sorcerer at level 50.

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor DPS Builds

Are you playing as a Sith Inquisitor in Star Wars: The Old Republic and would like to learn how to properly build your advanced classes for DPS? Well, if you are looking for a straight forward guide to help you do exactly that, you have come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I have been playing SWTOR ever since beta and have been hooked on this game! I am not a professional player, however I do consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped other people create viable builds for different situations.

So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Sith Inquisitor builds for DPS.

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor DPS Builds

Having high DPS or damage per second is very important in any situation that you may face. The more DPS you have, the faster you can kill enemies and the more pressure you can put on your opponents. By having a solid Sith Inquisitor DPS Build, you will be a very scary and powerful force against your enemies.

However from my experience, if you built your Sith Inquisitor properly and have very high DPS, your enemies will tend to focus on you first as you are the biggest threat and have low defense. Make sure that you have a lot of mobility and is aware of your surroundings on the battlefield or warzones to ensure that you can survive enemies focusing you.

Below, I have outlined solid DPS builds for both the Sith Sorcerer and Sith Assassin. I have been using these builds in the past and they have worked quite well for me.

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor Sorcerer DPS Build

The Sith Inquisitor Sorcerer, when built properly can deal significant damage from a nice range. To create this DPS build for my Sith Sorcerer, I opted to spec into the Lightning talent tree and had the remainder of my points in Corruption and Madness talent trees. The completed DPS build for my Sorcerer at level 50 3/31/7.

This build allowed me to deal massive damage at a range and also allowed me to be a reliable crowd controller when things got to messy. Keep in mind to effectively do the maximum DPS that you possibly can, you will need to learn how to manage your ability rotations very well.

What I mean by this is that you will need to learn when to casts your DoTs, Procs, Buffs and spells to maximize your damage. Below is a screenshot of my DPS Sorcerer build at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201hZccrMdRMutzZcM0M.1

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor Assassin DPS Build

The Sith Inquisitor Assassin is an excellent spike damage striker as well as an annoying harasser with the proper DPS build. The only downfall to this advanced class is that to do significant damage, you will have to be in melee range.

I went with an armor piercing DPS build, so I chose to spec into the Deception talent tree with a few points in both the Madness and Darkness talent trees. My completed DPS build for my Sith Assassin is 5/33/3.

This DPS build has the most damage output than any of the other DPS builds that I have experimented with for the Assassin. It is important to utilize your abilities, such as Overload and Shock to get behind your opponents to unleash a vicious stab to the back attack. This is where the most damage per second attacks happen.

Below is a screenshot of my DPS build for the Assassin at level 50.

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor Leveling and PVE Builds

Are you playing as a Sith Inquisitor in Star Wars: The Old Republic and would like to learn how to properly build your advanced classes for leveling and PVE? Well, if you are looking for a straight forward guide to help you do exactly that, you have come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I have been playing SWTOR ever since beta and have been hooked on this game! I am not a professional player, however I do consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped other people create viable builds for different situations.

So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Sith Inquisitor builds for leveling and PVE.

By learning how to build your Sith Inquisitor properly for leveling and PVE, you will be able to take out large mobs quickly without having to wipe, which in turn will allow you to reach the leveling cap ASAP.

Below, I will be outlining good leveling/PVE builds for both the Sith Sorcerer and the Sith Assassin. Keep in mind that while these builds have been tested to be effective, they may not suit your play style.

You may wish to tweak or respec if you do not like how your Sith Inquisitor handles on the battlefield.

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor Sorcerer Leveling and PVE Build

There are two ways that you can build your Sith Inquisitor Sorcerer for leveling and PVE. The first way is to go as a healer or support unit, which is more suited for team fights or with a DPS champion. The second way is to go DPS, which is suited for soloing small to medium mobs.

The build that I went with for leveling/PVE is the DPS Sith Sorcerer Build. The reason for this is because I like to solo better (there are many noob parties out there) and I would like to wipe out mobs myself instead of playing a support role.

To create this build, I used the majority of my points to spec into the Corruption talent tree and put the remainder of my points in the Lightning and Madness tree. The completed DPS build for my Sith Sorcerer at level 50 is 30/9/2.

I really liked this leveling/PVE build because allowed me to tackle on solo questing and power leveling quite quickly with a tank companion. I especially liked the fact that I could easily burst down enemy mobs quickly when I pull aggro from them before they reached me.

Below is a screenshot of my completed leveling/PVE build for my Sith Sorcerer.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#201GGrRbd0dGZf0bMZ0M.1

SWTOR Sith Inquisitor Assassin Leveling and PVE Build

The Sith Inquisitor Assassin is very effective at killing large mobs of enemies with a proper leveling build due to its heavy burst damage.

For this reason, I chose to spec into the Madness talent tree and put the remainder of my points in the Darkness and Deception talent trees.

My completed leveling/PVE build for my Sith Assassin at level 50 is 5/3/33.

This leveling and PVE build focuses on burst and utility. The reason why I wanted this was so that I could easily solo quests and Heroics with a tank companion. All I had to do was stand back and use my abilities to burst my enemies down while my companion tanks all the damage.

Also, the few points that were allocated in Darkness and Deception gave me some power boost and Force Power preservation, which I find to be extremely important.

Below is a screenshot of my completed leveling/PVE build at level 50.

SWTOR Bounty Hunter PVP Build

Are you playing as a Bounty Hunter in Star Wars: The Old Republic and want to learn how to build your advanced class properly for PVP? If you want a quick guide to show you solid builds, you have definitely come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I have been addicted to SWTOR ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have been using these builds to help me dominate my enemies quickly and easily.

I have even helped other people create viable builds through different forums and websites along the way! So, in this guide I will show you multiple builds that will allow you to effectively dominate your enemies for PVP.

SWTOR Bounty Hunter PVP Builds

PVP battles in warzones are the most fun in Star Wars: The Old Republic. Killing real players instead of AI gives you a real satisfaction that you just can't receive by killing enemy mobs.

With the proper Bounty Hunter PVP build, you will be able to quickly destroy your enemies and complete your objectives to win the warzone. However, you must realize that winning PVP does not necessary rely 100% on the build that you have for your Bounty Hunter.

Although it plays a huge role, factors such as team strategies, ability rotations and gear all influence how well you will do in Warzones. Below, I will only cover PVP builds for your Bounty Hunter that will significantly give you an advantage in Warzones.

SWTOR Bounty Hunter Mercenary PVP Build

PVP'ing as a Bounty Hunter Mercenary can be devastating to your opponents as you can melt them down with your high DPS before they are able to reach you.

For my Mercenary, I chose to spec into the Pyrotech tree as I felt that this was the best for PVP due to the constant snares and CC that I was able to use. This proves very useful in team fights to focus opponents down.

My PVP build for my Bounty Hunter Mercenary at level 50 is 3/7/31. This build allowed me to use Sweltering Heat and the ability to use Rapid Shots frequently (which gives 40% chance to snare), which is extremely handy to avoid over-heating.

Below is a screenshot of my completed PVP build of my Mercenary.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#3000cZMckZfhrbdhhrs.1

SWTOR Bounty Hunter Powertech PVP Build

The Bounty Hunter Powertech is a force to be reckoned with in warzones with the right build. Their natural tanking abilities combined with their damage output and AOE attacks from this PVP build allow them to melt enemies quickly while tanking heavy damage.

My completed PVP build for my Bounty Hunter Powertech is 30/11/0.

I decided to spec into the Shield Tech talent tree for my Powertech because I wanted more surviability in the warzone. I also found that this build allows you to have better Crowd Control, enabling you to be very useful in team fights and situations.

If you would rather have some added damage instead of focusing on survivability, I recommend that you build your Powertech at 31/8/2. It sacrifices endurance for damage thanks to the Iron Fist talent.

This PVP would work better if you are confident in your defensive skills in warzones.

Below is my completed PVP build for my Powertech at 30/11/0.

SWTOR Bounty Hunter Tank Build

Are you playing as a Bounty Hunter in Star Wars: The Old Republic and want to learn how to build your advanced class properly for tank? If you want a quick guide to show you solid builds, you have definitely come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I have been addicted to SWTOR ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have been using these builds to help me dominate my enemies quickly and easily.

I have even helped other people create viable builds through different forums and websites along the way! So, in this guide I will show you multiple builds that will allow you to effectively dominate your enemies for tank.

DPS builds can be created for both advanced classes for the Bounty Hunter, however if you want to tank, you will only be able to do so with the Powertech.

The reason for this is because the Mercenary has little to none defensive talents, which will prove to be detrimental on the battlefield. With that said, I will only show you the tanking build that I used for my Bounter Hunter Powertech.

You may be surprised after you see my tank build for my Powertech as it is not as conventional as your run-of-the-mill tanking build for Bounty Hunters. The tank build that I completed at level 50 for my Powertech is 24/17/0.

I did not want to put all of my points into Shield Tech because I did not want to sacrifice 100% of my damage to taking heavy damage from enemies. However, if you do not like this build, you can always go for the standard Powertech tank build of 31/8/2.

Anyways, below is a screenshot of the tank build I discussed at level 50.

SWTOR Bounty Hunter DPS Builds

Are you playing as a Bounty Hunter in Star Wars: The Old Republic and want to learn how to build your advanced class properly for DPS? If you want a quick guide to show you solid builds, you have definitely come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I have been addicted to SWTOR ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have been using these builds to help me dominate my enemies quickly and easily.

I have even helped other people create viable builds through different forums and websites along the way! So, in this guide I will show you multiple builds that will allow you to effectively dominate your enemies for DPS.

Building the proper DPS build for your Bounty Hunter will enable you to tear through enemy mobs or PVP other players quickly and easily.

DPS builds can be both created for each advanced class of the Bounty Hunter. However, it is obvious that the Bounty Hunter Mercenary far surpasses the Bounty Hunter Powertech in damage output per second.

With that said, you are still able to create a nice DPS build for your Powertech, but it would most likely be a hybrid of DPS paired up with its natural tanking abilities.

Below, I have outlined DPS builds for both the Mercenary and Powertech. These builds should do well in almost any situation you may encounter in SWTOR.

SWTOR Bounty Hunter Mercenary DPS Build

The Bounty Hunter Mercenary in SWTOR excels at DPS. This advanced class is able to deal heavy damage to incoming enemies and maneuver around the battlefield quickly to keep constant pressure on enemies.

To create a pure DPS build for my Mercenary, I spec'd into the Arsenal talent tree. After experimenting with both the Arsenal and Powertech tree, I found that the Arsenal talent tree gave me the most sustained DPS on average.

The build that I concluded on at level 50 is 7/31/3. This DPS build allowed me to a huge amount of damage output due to the high Accuracy and Critical Damage. Keep in mind to always have good heat management when you are using this build.

High DPS builds like this for the Mercenary can give you heat very quickly. If you cannot manage your heat well, you will be standing on the battlefield using default attack rendering you useless to solo or team play.

Below is a screenshot of my completed build at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#300McMZMIkbordRkfzZc.1

SWTOR Bounty Hunter Powertech DPS Build

Although the Bounty Hunter Powertech isn't a natural at DPS, you can still create a build to do some fairly decent damage to your enemies or mobs.

For my Powertech, I spec'd the majority of my points into Advanced Prototype while sending a few points to Shield Tech and even less to Pyrotech. The reason for this is because I feel that Advanced Prototype deals much more damage than the Pryotech tree from my experience. My completed build at level 50 is 8/31/2.

This DPS build emphasizes on good damage output combined with nice AOE attacks, CC and interrupts. You can tweak this build to your liking a bit if you want more sustainability on the battlefield by adding your talent points into armor.

Below is my completed DPS build for my Powertech at level 50.

SWTOR Bounty Hunter Leveling and PVE Build

Are you playing as a Bounty Hunter in Star Wars: The Old Republic and want to learn how to build your advanced class properly for leveling and PVE? If you want a quick guide to show you solid builds, you have definitely come to the right place!

My name is Connie Heo and I have been addicted to SWTOR ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have been using these builds to help me dominate my enemies quickly and easily.

I have even helped other people create viable builds through different forums and websites along the way! So, in this guide I will show you multiple builds that will allow you to effectively dominate your enemies for leveling and PVE.

The high damage output combined with its ranged attacks makes the Bounty Hunter Mercenary very good at leveling and PVE.

However, I have heard many instances that people spec into the Bodyguard tree for leveling and PVE due to its ability to be one of the strongest healers in the game (this would only be good for leveling in party).

I have seen many people do well with Bodyguard, but I prefer to deal a large amount of damage to my enemies rather than play a supporting role in team fights. The leveling and PVE build that I went with for my Mercenary is 5/31/5.

I put most of my points into Arsenal because it allows me to do a lot of DPS from a good range, allowing me to take down enemies before get in range. Below is a screenshot of my talent tree at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#300McZRIkrRMdozfzZf.1

SWTOR Bounty Hunter Powertech Leveling and PVE Build

For my leveling and PVE build for my Bounty Hunter Powertech, I opted to spec into the Shield Tech talent tree. The reason I wanted this was because I wanted greater protection for my character and have upgraded safeguards to increase my survivability while taking on huge mobs.

My completed leveling and PVE build at level 50 is 32/9/0. This build allowed me to take out enemies with its superior defense combined with its flamethrower abilities to melt mobs away quickly and easily.

Keep in mind that I chose to build my Powertech in the Shield Tech talent tree because I wanted to stay on the battlefield longer and tank huge mobs. However, if you are someone that would rather deal lots of damage quickly, you may want to experiment with Advanced Prototype talent tree.

Below is the screenshot of my talent tree at level 50.

SWTOR Smuggler PVP Builds

Are you playing as a Smuggler in Star Wars : The Old Republic and would like to learn how to properly build your character for healing? Well if you are looking to create a solid build or just simply to improve on your Smuggler build right now, you have definitely come to the right place.

My name is Connie Heo and I have been playing SWTOR since beta and have been avid about it ever since! I consider myself to be a pretty good SWTOR player and have even helped other players come up with viable builds for different situations.

So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Smuggler builds for healing.

Depending on your playstyle with the Smuggler, you can either be a very important support or or a devastating force that melts enemies away through stealth and ranged attacks with the proper PVP builds.

However, it is important to note that doing well in PVP does not come down to 100% of your builds.

Although extremely important, factors such as ability rotations, equipment and strategies (as a few examples) all influence where your ranking will be in warzones.

Below, I have only outlined proper and viable PVP builds for both the Smugger Gunslinger and Smuggler Scoundrel. Although these builds alone will not help you dominate warzones, they will definitely make an impact.

SWTOR Smuggler Gunslinger PVP Build

When choosing what talent tree to spec into for a solid PVP build for my Gunslinger, I was inclined to put my points into Saboteur rather than Dirty Fighting or Sharpshooter.

You may have heard that this build is ineffective for PVP as it focuses on AOE attacks, which means that your character won't have as high damage output as it possibility could.

I used to think this way as well, however after trying this uncommon PVP Gunslinger build myself, I was surprised at how well I did in warzones! I enjoyed focusing on multiple targets at once rather than focusing on one opponent and moving to another after he was defeated.

My completed PVP build for my Gunslinger at level 50 is 3/30/8.

This PVP Saboteur build allowed my Gunslinger to deal significant damage to multiple enemies with my Thermal Grenade, Shrap Bomb, Sabotage Charge and Quickshot while I maintained high mobility to escape dangerous situations.

Below is a screenshot of my completed PVP build for my Gunslinger at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#7000cZrIbdokbRrcZG0bz.1

SWTOR Smuggler Scoundrel PVP Build

There are two PVP roles that you can play as when using the Smuggler Scoundrel in warzones. You can either choose to be a support character and heal people or go around the warzone and kill enemies with stealth and melee abilities!

The role that suited my play style the best in PVP was to do high damage and to rack up kills on the scoreboard, so I decided to spec into the Scrapper talent tree and split the remainder of my points into Sawbone rather than spec'ing into Sawbone and have my remaining points in Scrapper to play a supporting role.

My completed PVP build at level 50 is 7/31/3.

This build will allow you to go around the battlefield while in stealth and pick off enemies one by one with high damaged melee attacks. Remember, if you are in stealth and kill a target without attacking or being attacked, you can restealth after the killing blow immediately.

SWTOR Smugger Healing Builds

Are you playing as a Smuggler in Star Wars : The Old Republic and would like to learn how to properly build your character for healing? Well if you are looking to create a solid build or just simply to improve on your Smuggler build right now, you have definitely come to the right place.

My name is Connie Heo and I have been playing SWTOR since beta and have been avid about it ever since! I consider myself to be a pretty good SWTOR player and have even helped other players come up with viable builds for different situations.

So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Smuggler builds for healing.

The Smuggler in SWTOR is one of the few classes in the game that cannot tank damage at all.

Instead of being able to take heavy damage, the Smuggler plays the supporting role of healing instead.

Having the right build for healing is absolutely crucial in team fights or warzones to avoid wiping and helping your team to victory.

Unlike the other builds mentioned above, only the Smuggler Scoundrel is able to have a viable healing build that works well. The Gunslinger is more for ranged DPS and PVE and does not have the proper healing talents to be useful.

With that said, I will only be covering a viable and versatile healing build for the Smuggler Scoundrel below.

SWTOR Smuggler Scoundrel Healing Build

In my opinion, the Smuggler Scoundrel is one of the most fun advanced classes to play as a healer/support unit. To build a viable healing build for my Scoundrel, I spec'd into Sawbone for the obvious reason of it being the healing tree and put the remainder of my points both Scrapper and Dirty Fighting.

My completed healing build at level 50 consisted of 31/3/7. This healing build for my Scoundrel allowed me to heal single and multiple targets effectively, while giving me the stealth and mobility to run away DPS enemies when necessary.

Remember to always keep an eye on your cool downs and energy to ensure maximum efficiency in team or solo fights. Below is a screenshot of my completed healing build for the Scoundrel at level 50.

SWTOR Smuggler DPS Build

Are you playing as a Smuggler in Star Wars : The Old Republic and would like to learn how to properly build your character for DPS? Well if you are looking to create a solid build or just simply to improve on your Smuggler build right now, you have definitely come to the right place.

My name is Connie Heo and I have been playing SWTOR since beta and have been avid about it ever since! I consider myself to be a pretty good SWTOR player and have even helped other players come up with viable builds for different situations.

So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Smuggler builds for DPS.

SWTOR Smuggler DPS Builds

DPS or damage per second is very important in solo or team fights. The more DPS you have, the quicker and more pressure you can put on enemies. By creating a solid and viable DPS build for the Smuggler can be very powerful and devastating towards your enemies.

The reason for this is because due to the combination of your ranged attacks and damage output, you will be able to melt enemies quickly before they even get a chance to reach you.

Below I have outlined viable DPS builds for both Smuggler Gunslinger and Smuggler Scoundrel. Be sure to take a look at them and try them out yourself.

SWTOR Smuggler Gunslinger DPS Build

The Smuggler Gunslinger is extremely fun to play when you go for a pure DPS build. For this DPS build to happen, I opted to spec into the Sharpshooter tree and put the remaining few points into my Saboteur and Dirty Fighting talent trees.

My DPS build for my Gunslinger at level 50 is 33/5/3.

I found that this build worked best with a tank companion. However, I experimented going a DPS companion as well and to my surprise that worked out quite well too. My high DPS was able to take out 4-5 opponents without even having to use my AOE abilities while soloing on the battlefield.

So, it really depends on your play style when you choose which companion to pair up with your DPS Gunslinger build. Below is a screenshot of my completed DPS build for my Gunslinger at level 50.

SWTOR Smuggler Scoundrel DPS Build

In my opinion, the Smuggler Scoundrel is the second best advanced class for DPS compared to the Smuggler Gunslinger. However, I have seen many people do very well as DPS since beta. It took me a while to come up with a viable and solid DPS build for my Smuggler Scoundrel. So please take some time to try it out before you critique it.

The DPS build that I finally settled on for my Scoundrel is 7/31/3.

This build focuses stealth and and high mobility. The reason why we want to have the most mobility as possible is because our most high damaging attacks are only within melee range, while our range attacks are basic and do little to none damage.

However, with our stealth abilities paired with our mobility, we will be to get up close and personal with our enemies and punch their faces off! Below is a screenshot of the completed DPS build for my Scoundrel at level 50.

SWTOR Smuggler Leveling and PVE Builds

Are you playing as a Smuggler in Star Wars : The Old Republic and would like to learn how to properly build your character for leveling and PVE situations? Well if you are looking to create a solid build or just simply to improve on your Smuggler build right now, you have definitely come to the right place.

My name is Connie Heo and I have been playing SWTOR since beta and have been avid about it ever since! I consider myself to be a pretty good SWTOR player and have even helped other players come up with viable builds for different situations.

So I decided to put my experience to use to help more people create viable Smuggler builds for leveling and PVE.

SWTOR Smuggler Gunslinger Leveling and PVE Build

The leveling and PVE spec that I wanted to go for with my Smuggler Gunslinger was AOE attacks. I felt that with AOE attacks, I can easily take on large group of mobs quickly without having too much trouble.

For leveling, I am not much of a one vs one DPS kind of girl because I find that it takes up too much of my time when I am leveling. You may want to try a different spec if you do not favor AOE attacks. My leveling and PVE build that I completed for my Gunslinger is 0/21/20.

This hybrid Smugger Gunslinger build of spec'ing into the Saboteur and Dirty Fighting talent tree allowed me to churn out lots of AOE attacks. On average, I was able to take on 5-6 mobs without any trouble.

I had built a pure Gunslinger spec previously, but it did not work out as well as I expected. This was because I had noticed that NPC's were usually all grouped together and by using this build, I was able to quickly melt the grouped NPC's with my AOE attacks.

Below is a screenshot of my Smuggler Gunslinger leveling and PVE build at level 50.

SWTOR Smuggler Scoundrel Leveling and PVE Build

I found that leveling as a Smuggler Scoundrel worked best for me when I was playing with my friends or in a big party. Keep this in mind as I explain to you my leveling and PVE build for my Scoundrel.

For my Gunslinger, I opted to spec into the Sawbone talent tree and split the remainder of my points into Scrapper and Dirty Fighting talent trees. The main focus of this build was to be a superior healer so that I could have as lots survivability for my teammates and I on the battlefield. The leveling and PVE build I committed to at level 50 with my Scoundrel is 33/3/5.

This build was very useful for my teammates and I in Heroics and Flashpoints. Also, if I wanted to solo mobs, the Sawbone spec build is very viable with a strong tank companion. Below is my completed leveling and PVE build at level 50 for my Scoundrel.

SWTOR Sith Warrior PVP Builds

Do you play as a Sith Warrior in Star Wars: The Old Republic and want to learn how to build your advanced classes properly to dominate your enemies? Well, if you are looking for PVP builds for your Sith Warrior, you have come to the right place!

I am a fanatic SWTOR player and have been addicted ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped other people create viable builds through different forums and websites.

Below, I have outlined multiple builds below that I have successfully used to dominate other players since beta for PVP. So, if you are looking to learn how to properly build Sith Warrior, I will show you what to do with your talents, skills and stats for your some situations that you may encounter.

Having the proper PVP build for your Sith Warrior Marauder or Sith Warrior Juggernaut is very important. By having the correct build, you will be able to swiftly take down opponents one vs one or carry your team to victory.

However, you must realize that PVP depends on many factors and not only a good build to help you win every warzone.

Having good strategies, communication with your team, hot keys, reaction times and gear are just a few examples that are needed to become a top ranked player in SWTOR PVP realm.

Although having the proper PVP builds isn't everything to dominate your opponents, they definitely help you in warzones.

Below I have outlined solid PVP builds for Sith Marauder and Sith Juggernaut that works well in solo and team situations.

SWTOR Sith Warrior Marauder PVP Build

The Sith Warrior Marauder is very good at dealing heavy damage quickly due to its maneuverability and ability to burst with short cool downs. My completed PVP build at level 50 for my Sith Marauder is 2/7/33.

I chose to spec into the Rage talent tree rather than Annihilation because I liked the on demand burst and the powerful slow.

This allowed me to chase down bleeding enemies quickly, killing them then moving onto the next target. Obliterate also gives me a huge advantage on the warzone as it launches me towards enemies dealing a significant amount of damage.

Use Obliterate as a gap closer if your enemies are retreating to avoid wasting time chasing opponents down. Keep in mind that I love to use this PVP build for my Sith Warrior as it suits my play style very well. You may want to change it up to better suit how you would like to PVP.

Below is a screenshot of my completed talent tree at level 50.

SWTOR Sith Warrior Juggernaut PVP Build

Many people have been using the Vengeance talent tree to create a PVP build for their Sith Warrior Juggernaut.

I have also used to spec into Vengeance for PVP in the past, however after I spec'd into Rage for PVP when I wanted to try something unconventional, I was amazed at how much stronger my Sith Juggernaut was within the warzones.

I decided to not go into the Immortal tree because in warzones, your Juggernaut would be playing more of a support role than getting kills and shining on the scoreboard (which is my style of play!) My completed PVP build for my Sith Juggernaut is 6/4/31.

This build allowed me to be a devastating force on the warzone. I had enough utilities to stay on target and apply constant pressure to my opponents, while skills like Shockwave and AOE Smash allowed me to easily kill other players.

On average, my Rage PVP build allowed my Sith Warrior Juggernaut to deal 180k-200k+ damage in each warzone. Below is the screenshot of my completed PVP build for my Sith Juggernaut at level 50.

SWTOR Sith Warrior Tank Builds

Do you play as a Sith Warrior in Star Wars: The Old Republic and want to learn how to build your advanced classes properly to dominate your enemies? Well, if you are looking for Tank builds for your Sith Warrior, you have come to the right place!

I am a fanatic SWTOR player and have been addicted ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped other people create viable builds through different forums and websites.

Below, I have outlined multiple builds below that I have successfully used to dominate other players since beta for tank. So, if you are looking to learn how to properly build Sith Warrior, I will show you what to do with your talents, skills and stats for your some situations that you may encounter.

SWTOR Sith Warrior Tank Builds

Unlike DPS builds, only the Sith Warrior Juggernaut is able to effectively tank. I found that there is no situation where building a tank Sith Marauders could end well for anyone. The reason that the Sith Warrior Marauder is unable to produce an effective tanking build to take heavy damage is due to the fact that they lack a taunt and their overall specialization in DPS.

With that said, we should just leave the tanking up to the Sith Juggernauts, which have a general predisposition of tanking and taking aggro from enemies. The pure tank build that I completed for my Sith Juggernaut at level 50 is 33/8/0.

I put the majority of my points into Immortal obviously because I wanted to be a main tank and have as much survivability as possible when I am pulling aggro from multiple enemies or from boss fights. This pure tank build will enable you to have an increase AOE threat (which is extremely useful in clutch situations) and a nice damage output to keep your enemies at bay.

SWTOR Sith Warrior DPS Builds

Do you play as a Sith Warrior in Star Wars: The Old Republic and want to learn how to build your advanced classes properly to dominate your enemies? Well, if you are looking for leveling and PVE builds for your Sith Warrior, you have come to the right place!

I am a fanatic SWTOR player and have been addicted ever since beta. I consider myself to be a solid SWTOR player and have helped other people create viable builds through different forums and websites.

So, if you are looking to learn how to properly build Sith Warrior, I will show you what to do with your talents, skills and stats for your some situations that you may encounter.

Having lots of DPS or damage per second is very important if you want to quickly burst down and keep pressure on your enemies. In both solo and group fights, having high DPS is crucial to avoid wiping when fighting off mobs or doing battle in the warzone.

Typically, the Sith Warrior Marauder excels in DPS and quick maneuverability and is the obvious chose when deciding to build a pure DPS character. However, solid builds have been created for the Sith Warrior Juggernaut to do high DPS while maintaining its natural tanking abilities.

Below, I have outlined DPS builds for both the Sith Marauder and Sith Juggernaut that works very well in every situation.

SWTOR Sith Warrior Marauder DPS Build

The Sith Warrior Marauder is arguably better than the Sith Warrior Juggernaut at DPS in my opinion. Of course this is what I feel from playing both DPS advanced classes and you may choose to think differently. My completed DPS build for my Marauder at level 50 was 31/10/0.

I built my Sith Marauder around the Annihilation talent tree because I wanted a lot of critical strike to burst down my enemies quickly. Also, this will allow me to target multiple enemies and put a lot of pressure on them in team fights.

Keep in mind to move around a lot to avoid taking heavy damage from mob fights. Without a lot of defense talents (since this is a pure DPS build), you can easily get bursted down and wipe.

Below is my completed talent and skill tree for my DPS Sith Marauder at level 50.

http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#100bIbRroMfGzZhGb.1

SWTOR Sith Warrior Juggernaut DPS Build

The Sith Juggernaut may not be the obvious choice for DPS build, however I found that with the correct DPS build paired with its natural tanking abilities, you will still be able to churn out lots of damage to burn down mobs quickly, while still being able to tank.

My completed build at level 50 for max DPS for my Sith Warrior Juggernaut ended with 4/32/5.

By specing almost all my points into Vengeance, I was able to produce high damage output to taken down multiple enemies at once (with my AOE abilities), while my Sith Warrior Juggernaut was still able to tank heavy damage for the most part.

Remember, the more quickly you can take down your enemies, the more HP you will be able to save for tank other opponents. This is why this DPS build will allow you to deal damage while taking heavy damage as well.
